If student fails to notify ELEVATE BY EMILIE of need to cancel seat at least 2 weeks prior to class date, student will then forfeit $500 seat deposit but will receive refund of remaining paid balance.

If class should have to be rescheduled on behalf of ELEVATE BY EMILIE a full refund or option to reschedule will be offered.
